Bases include meats such as Chef Lonnie Zoeller’s Roasted Pork in a Charred Poblano Sauce, Chorizo with Chimichurri, and Shrimp with Lime and Cilantro. Or, go vegetarian with a Fresh Cheese or Mushroom with Garlic and Herbs Arepa.
For the winter, we’re showcasing roasted yams, sweet plantains, a cabbage slaw, and more in our veggie section. (Pick two!)
